THE ROCK BAND EXPERIENCE - REGISTRATION FORM FOR JANUARY 2012 SESSIONS

To sign up for the Rock Band Experience you must fill in the following form and then pay your $50 deposit. Once you are assigned to a band your $50 deposit will be counted towards your full $450 experience fee. If we can not find a band for you, we will refund your $50 deposit.
