• Your band leader contacts you by email, sets up your first week get together at the Crooked Cue to discuss your bands upcoming experience.
• On your first rehearsal day, you'll meet at the theatre and jump right in.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WEEK BY WEEK
WEEK 1 - MEET THE BAND
This will be the only week you don't play. You'll meet your new band mates and your band leader for a bite (on us) at the Crooked Cue which is located right above our store. Band members will get a chance to get to know each other and decide on the songs they will be working on over the course of their experience.

WEEK 2 to 6 - REHEARSALS
Over the next five weeks you will be hard at work rehearsing and learning how to perform. Your band leader will be helping you and your band mates learn the essential skills to learning new songs as a group and getting them ready to perform.

WEEK 7 - BAND LEADER SWITCH UP WEEK
All this hard work can sometimes be a bit insulating. Sometimes you get to close to the project to be objective. This week, our band leaders will switch up and work with each others bands for the week giving them a fresh perspective and some valuable tips.

WEEK 8 to 12
These are your final 5 weeks to polish your songs and really work on your stage presentation. Learning to play the songs is only half the battle when you have an audience in front of you. You'll be concentrating on your performance during these weeks.

Week 13 - THE ROCK RECITAL
This is what its all about, the thrill of performing. All of the current session bands will come together to play a show for friends and family. The Rock Recital will be held right in the theatre which can hold a few hundred people. Each band will play their songs. We video the whole evening and provide video of your performance to every member of the band.
