OUR LESSON CANCELLATION & MAKE UP POLICY

In any one of our 10 week sessions, students may cancel one lesson with 24 hours notice. This lesson will be made up by your teacher or a credit will be applied to your next registration. If you discontinue lessons, this missed lesson will be refunded to you. Any subsequent missed lessons, cancelled or not will unfortunately not be made up or credited. A lesson which is missed but not cancelled will not be made up or credited. Also, same day cancellations will not be eligible for a make up class or a credit, even in the case of a sudden illness. Extreme circumstances, such as a broken bone or an extended illness are dealt with on a case to case basis. Make up classes are arranged by your teacher and can not be cancelled or re-made up. During our two summer sessions, we do not allow any cancellations.

We do not offer any credits or make up lessons for group programs.

March Break - During the March Break we allow one additional cancellation (as long as it is cancelled in advance of the March Break week) in addition to the regular cancellation permitted during that session. Any lesson cancelled during March Break will be eligible for a make up lesson before the end of our teaching year in June. Any cancelled March Break lesson that is not made up by then will be eligible for a refund or a credit to be used towards the following September pre-registration.

DURING JULY & AUGUST

During the summer months, due to the short nature of our two week sessions, we do not offer any cancellations, make up lessons or credits for missed lessons. A student may withdraw from one of our summer sessions before the first lesson of that session. After the session has begun we do not allow any withdrawals.
