Kaos Music acquires it’s used gear a number of different ways. We take peoples trade ins, people sell us their used gear and we actively go out into the marketplace looking for good deals on popular products. Also, we sometimes sell our slow moving or overstocked items at dramatic discounts.

In order to more effectively showcase our used products we have set up an eBay Store. The eBay widget (above) can be used to view all of our used gear. Each of the items listed on eBay can be purchased outright with the “Buy it now” option or you can take part in the auction. Naturally, local customers are welcome to pick their purchases up.

People want to sell their equipment for a variety of reasons. Whatever the reason, we can help. At Kaos Music you have 3 possible ways to sell your used gear.

-1- Trade it in. If you are planning to purchase another product once you sell your existing gear, trading it may make more sense. When you trade a product you not only get the value of the product, you also get the tax (14%) added onto that value put against your purchase.

-2- Consign it. This is a popular choice for people who simply want to get rid of their used gear and don’t plan to buy anything else. Consignment is simple. You leave your gear with us and we sell it in our store. For products selling for less then $1000 we pay you 80% of the selling price. For products selling for more the $1000 we pay you 85% of the selling price.

-3- Sell it to us. For people who simply want the cash immediately this is your best bet. We will evaluate your product and pay you a fair price for it.
