THE KAOS JAM
Next Jam - TBA (sometime in late Feb or early Mar. 2011)
If you are a customer of KAOS Music, a friend of a customer or just an adult who’d like to play their instrument live with some experienced players, the KAOS Jam is for you. The JAM is hosted by our store, once every 10 weeks or so, held in the function room of the Crocked Cue (3056 Bloor Street - right above our store).
On Jam night, players, friends and family are encouraged to come out to take part in our Jam. If you'd like to perform you pre-register using the Jam Registration Form in advance to let us know which songs you'd like to play. Depending on how many people register and come out on a given night will determine how many songs you can perform. We will have a host on hand to coordinate the participants. As well, many of the KAOS staff will be on hand to sit in with the band with you if you’d like. The idea is to give our customers a chance to get up on a stage and play some live music with a great band. How good you are and how well you play your songs is of very little importance to us, all we care about is having fun and enjoying a few hours relaxing, playing some music, having a few drinks and enjoying some really good pub food. There is no charge to participate. You just pay for your food and drinks.
If you'd like to participate in our upcoming Jam please click here to register to play a song. It's easy and FREE. People who would like to play a song but do not register will be slotted to play after the registered people and therefore may not get a chance to play if we run out of time.
